شیوه‌نامه نگارش وبلاگ در آکادمی حقوق

وبلاگ آکادمی حقوق، فضایی برای تبادل دانش و تحلیل‌های حقوقی به ویژه در زمینه مسائل نوین حقوق و به خصوص موضوعات مرتبط با ابعاد بین‌المللی این علم است. ما در آکادمی حقوقی بر این باور هستیم که ترویج و انتشار آثار نویسندگان جوان و پژوهشگران حقوقی یک مسئولیت اجتماعی مهم است. ما معتقدیم که با ایجاد بستری برای انتشار مطالب علمی و به‌روز در حوزه حقوق بین‌الملل و سایر مباحث مرتبط که ابعاد بین‌المللی دارند، می‌توانیم به توسعه آگاهی عمومی، تقویت مباحثات حقوقی و حمایت از نسل جدید متخصصان حقوقی کمک کنیم.

هدف این شیوه‌نامه، تسهیل فرآیند ارسال و انتشار مطالب حقوقی است که ضمن حفظ استانداردهای علمی و اخلاقی، فرصت‌هایی برای مطرح شدن ایده‌ها و تحلیل‌های نوین فراهم می‌آورد. این راهنما به منظور تشویق نویسندگان به نگارش مقالات اصیل، نوآورانه و کاربردی تدوین شده است تا بتوانند در یک چارچوب منظم و حرفه‌ای، به مشارکت در مباحث حقوق بین‌الملل بپردازند.

ارسال مطالب جهت انتشار در وبلاگ
وبلاگ آکادمی حقوق، پذیرای مطالب مختلف از نویسندگان است. این مطالب چه در قالب تألیف و چه در قالب ترجمه اصیل و امانتدارانه، امکان انتشار در وبسایت آکادمی حقوق را دارند. مطالب ارسال‌شده تنها در صورتی منتشر خواهند شد که:
(الف) به زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی روان و با کیفیت بالا نوشته شده باشند، دارای ساختار مناسب باشند و امانتداری علمی در آنها رعایت شده باشد و
(ب) با محدودیت تعداد کلمات و دستورالعمل‌های نگارشی زیر هماهنگ باشند.

مطالب باید دارای محتوای اصیل و نوآورانه باشند و از تکرار محتوای منتشرشده در دیگر وبلاگ‌ها خودداری کنند (مگر آنکه متن ارسالی، ترجمه ای از وبلاگ های منتشر شده در دیگر پایگاههای اینترنتی باشد)؛ در صورت وجود مطالب مشابه، باید لینک آن‌ها درج شود. کیفیت بالا شرط لازم برای انتشار است، اما کافی نیست. انتخاب مطالب بر اساس نیاز به تنوع موضوعی و عوامل دیگر نیز انجام می‌شود.
برای ارسال مطلب، نویسندگان می‌توانند از طریق ایمیل به سردبیران وبلاگ مراجعه کنند. پس از بررسی اولیه، ممکن است تصمیم به اصلاح و بازنگری گرفته شود. انتشار نهایی ممکن است چند روز به طول بیانجامد و ما تلاش می‌کنیم که مطالب زمان‌مند را در اولویت قرار دهیم. وبلاگ تنها مطالبی را می‌پذیرد که قبلاً در جای دیگری منتشر نشده باشند.

دستورالعمل‌های نگارشی برای ارسال مطلب
بیوگرافی و عکس نویسنده: در صورتی که برای اولین بار مطلب ارسال می‌کنید، یا مدت زیادی از ارسال قبلی شما گذشته است، لطفاً یک بیوگرافی کوتاه و عکس رنگی از خود به همراه مطلب ارسال نمایید. اگر لینک به صفحه دانشگاهی یا حرفه‌ای خود در لینکدین دارید، آن را نیز اضافه کنید.
تعداد کلمات و استفاده از عناوین: حداکثر طول مطالب ۱۵۰۰ کلمه است. مطالب کوتاه‌تر بیشتر خوانده می‌شوند، اما برای موضوعات خاص ممکن است استثنایی در نظر گرفته شود. در صورتی که حجم مطلب بیشتر از این مقدار باشد، امکان تقسیم وبلاگ به دو بخش و انتشار آن در دو قسمت مجزا وجود خواهد داشت.
فونت و ساختار پاراگراف‌ها: هر فونتی قابل قبول است. مطالب باید بدون فاصله خطوط اضافه و بدون تورفتگی ابتدای پاراگراف ارسال شوند. استفاده از عناوین برای بخش‌بندی متن (تقریباً هر ۴ پاراگراف) توصیه می‌شود.
پانویس‌ها: از درج پانویس خودداری نمایید. در صورت داشتن پاورقی، متن مربوطه باید در بدنه اصلی گنجانده شود.
ارجاع‌ها: ارجاعات و نقل قول‌ها باید بلافاصله پس از متن مورد نظر در داخل پرانتز ذکر شوند. به عبارت ساده تر، ارجاعات باید درون متنی و ساده باشند.
پیوندهای اینترنتی: در صورت امکان، از پیوندهای مرتبط برای قوانین، معاهدات و متون حقوقی و همچنین مطالب مرتبط وبلاگ استفاده کنید. در فایل ورد می‌توانید با انتخاب متن و کلیک راست، گزینه پیوند (Hyperlink) را انتخاب نمایید.

وبلاگ های ارسالی خود را به آدرس ایمیل lawacademia11@gmail.com ارسال نمایید و در عنوان ایمیل “درخواست انتشار وبلاگ” را ذکر کنید.

Blog Writing Guidelines for Law Academia

The Law Academia Blog is a platform for sharing legal knowledge and analysis, especially regarding emerging legal issues and topics with international dimensions. At Law Academia, we believe that promoting the work of young writers and legal researchers is an important social responsibility. By creating a space for publishing academic and up-to-date content in international law and related fields, we aim to raise public awareness, strengthen legal discussions, and support the next generation of legal professionals.

This guideline is intended to facilitate the submission and publication of legal content. It seeks to maintain high academic and ethical standards while providing an opportunity for innovative and insightful ideas to be presented. The aim is to encourage authors to write original, practical, and forward-thinking pieces within a structured and professional framework.

Submission of Blog Posts

The Law Academia Blog welcomes submissions from various contributors. Posts may be original works or faithful and high-quality translations. Submissions will only be considered for publication if they:

(a) Are written in fluent Persian or English, demonstrate proper structure and academic integrity, and
(b) Comply with the word limit and formatting guidelines outlined below.

All content must be original and present fresh perspectives. Repetition of material published on other blogs should be avoided, unless the submission is a translation of content published elsewhere, in which case a proper link to the original should be included. High quality is a necessary but not sufficient condition for publication, and editorial decisions also depend on topic diversity and other considerations.

Submissions should be emailed directly to the blog editors. After an initial review, some posts may be returned for revisions. Final publication may take a few days, and time-sensitive contributions will be prioritized. Please note that we only publish posts that have not been published elsewhere.

Formatting and Editorial Instructions

• Author bio and photo: If this is your first submission or it has been a long time since your last one, please include a short biography and a recent color photo. If available, you can also add a link to your academic or professional profile such as LinkedIn or a university page.

• Word count and subheadings: Blog posts should not exceed 1,500 words. Shorter pieces are generally more accessible to readers, though exceptions may be made for certain specialized topics. If a post exceeds the word limit, it may be divided and published in two parts.

• Font and paragraph structure: Any readable font is acceptable. Please avoid extra line spacing and do not indent the first line of paragraphs. Use subheadings to break up the text roughly every four paragraphs.

• Footnotes: Do not include footnotes. Any explanatory notes should be incorporated directly into the main text.

• Citations: Use simple, in-text parenthetical references placed immediately after the cited material.

• Hyperlinks: Whenever possible, include hyperlinks to relevant laws, treaties, legal texts, or other blog posts. In Microsoft Word, you can highlight the text, right-click, and select “Hyperlink” to add the link.
